About Us

Chris Stanley ran for the Ohio House of Representatives in the 59th District in 2020. Chris is a Youngstown City School Teacher, and has also worked as a Fire Fighter and EMT. Additionally, he owns his own publishing company and served as VP of Operations for a state-wide business overseeing expansion and business development. Chris has dedicated his life to public and community service. He acts as the Executive Director and President of the Board of Directors for Classroom 2 Capitol. 

Anthony Stratis has worked in over 40 political campaigns throughout his career, and is a life-long resident of Mahoning County.  Civics and governance have represented a significant portion of both his personal and professional career. Tony acts as the Director of Community Engagement and is responsible for fundraising, business, and partner relationships, and provides leadership and vision for Classroom 2 Capitol’s engagement team to successfully respond to the needs and goals of the organization..

John Schuler is the Marketing and Communications Director for Classroom 2 Capitol.  John has worked his entire career in the private-sector, but has been actively involved in community service his entire life.  He has worked closely with the Mahoning Valley Rescue Mission and Second Harvest Food Bank.  John is the Marketing and Communications Director responsible for Digital Media, Social Media, Press Management and Communications.
